Terms & Conditions as of 19 March 2025
Align Spiritual Healing provides holistic services including intuitive mediumship, body healing, and home and spirit energy clearing in-person and online.
Additionally, our community partners provide services such as yoga, sound healing, life and business coaching within our offering suite and space. These services are provided by independent practitioners who are not employees of Align Spiritual Healing.
Booking and Payment
By making a booking with Align Spiritual Healing, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
All services require full payment at the time of booking.
Payments are processed via Stripe or direct Bank Transfer.
Payment will be processed 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Your personal information processed through payment platforms is handled in accordance with Align Spiritual Healing's Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your nominated account to avoid third-party penalties and charges.
Services and Commitment
You commit to your scheduled sessions fully. You understand that these services may be transformative processes that can evoke a variety of emotions.
You acknowledge that shifts and changes resulting from services may take time to integrate and may not become immediately apparent.
Services are offered to you as is. No refunds will be issued for any reason at any time, regardless of whether you complete the scheduled services.
Scheduling and Availability
During business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm AEST), Align Spiritual Healing practitioners will be available via designated communication channels and will respond to your communications within 24 hours.
If you need to change the date or time of a scheduled appointment, please give Align Spiritual Healing as much notice as possible, but at least 24 hours.
Align Spiritual Healing will make every effort to accommodate your need to change appointment times but cannot guarantee this without proper notice.
Align Spiritual Healing cannot guarantee it will be able to accommodate multiple requests for schedule changes. You understand and agree that if you request postponements or schedule changes more than twice, Align Spiritual Healing may not be able to accommodate these changes.
You understand and agree that you will not be reimbursed if Align Spiritual Healing cannot accommodate requested schedule changes beyond the two changes allotted.
If an Align Spiritual Healing practitioner needs to change the date or time of a scheduled session, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternate dates and times for you to choose.
Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to adhere to the schedule as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Full refunds are available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
If a practitioner needs to cancel your session, we will reschedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.
Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over. Minors (under 18) may participate only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
You take full responsibility for yourself throughout your engagement with Align Spiritual Healing services. This means you will attend to your needs, take action when necessary, and ask for help if needed.
You understand that the depth and effectiveness of our services depends on your willingness to engage and take steps toward change. You understand that clearing emotions alone may not produce any change unless you are ready to take action to help integrate the shifts.
You agree to disclose to your practitioner any current usage of prescription medication and/or recreational drugs, as these may affect results.
You agree to be responsible for booking and keeping appointments and for giving notice should you need to reschedule.
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation in our services.
You are expected to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may not be extended and will end at the scheduled time.
Code of Conduct
We encourage you to be fully honest with your practitioner. The depth of transformation is dependent on how much you are willing to share, and being honest and open will give you a higher chance of addressing your blocks.
You agree to treat all Align Spiritual Healing practitioners, staff, and other clients with respect and courtesy.
Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
You agree to respect the professional boundaries established by practitioners during sessions.
You understand that your practitioner will facilitate and provide support, but ultimately, you are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Confidentiality
All sessions are held in a full permission, confidential space. Nothing explored during your session will be shared or mentioned to anyone outside the session without your explicit consent.
Information shared during sessions is confidential. Our practitioners will maintain your privacy and we expect the same courtesy regarding other clients or information you may encounter at Align Spiritual Healing.
Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that our services including intuitive mediumship, body healing, yoga, sound healing, life and business coaching, and home and spirit energy clearing are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You participate in Align Spiritual Healing services at your own risk and release Align Spiritual Healing and its practitioners (both employed and independent) from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
You acknowledge that results from services may vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
You have chosen to work with your selected practitioner based on your trust in their ability and expertise. You agree to follow their facilitation and give them permission to be honest and direct where necessary to assist you on your journey.
Align Spiritual Healing practitioners reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion if they believe a service may not be appropriate or safe for you.
Independent Practitioners
You acknowledge that some services at Align Spiritual Healing are provided by independent practitioners who are not employees of Align Spiritual Healing.
While these practitioners operate under our general terms and conditions, they maintain their own professional standards and methodologies.
Align Spiritual Healing does not assume liability for the actions, recommendations, or services provided by independent practitioners.
You agree to hold harmless Align Spiritual Healing for any disputes, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided by independent practitioners.
Privacy and Data Protection
Align Spiritual Healing collects personal information including your full name, email, postcode, contact number, and personal reflections.
This information is stored securely within our online platforms such as Stripe, Google Workspace, and Squarespace.
Your information for the session is accessible only by the relevant practitioner providing your service and is not shared between practitioners without your explicit consent.
Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties unless required by law.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Align Spiritual Healing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and booking platform.
Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
